My Approach
I playfully and pragmatically help clients let go of patterns and beliefs that don’t fit with the desires and goals they dream of. My approach is centered around creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients - I'm naturally kind and gentle, and use humor & laughter to help therapeutic growth feel safe & easy.

I am committed to understanding each individual's unique experiences and tailoring my therapeutic expertise to meet their specific needs. My goal is to empower clients to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives and achieve long-term emotional well-being.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington, DC and Virginia and a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC). I have dual masters degrees in counseling and art therapy from New York University, and two decades of counseling work with people of all ages. I blend an attachment and trauma-informed approach in my practice, supporting client growth with traditional talk therapy and somatic work.

I love supporting women who are navigating relationships, trauma, motherhood, and self-compassion, and are feeling stuck, anxious, angry, sad, and overwhelmed.
